Where are America’s standards of civility?

first_imgI was taught that “if you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say anything at all” about another person, particularly if the individual was among the deceased. I was appalled and disgusted by this brutally offensive and callous statement about the former first lady.Whatever happened to manners, courtesy and standards of civility?Remember when Americans expected our presidents to be surrounded by “the best and the brightest” advisers?
